I pointed out to Bob that the Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese he was about to grab at the Blue Heron French Cheese Company was not the 2019 World Cheese Champion that had beaten out Italian and French cheesemakers. If he was looking for that, we (ok, he) would have to drive another 350 miles to the southern end of Oregon to the Rogue Creamery in Central Point. Not going to happen. At least, not this time. Save for another road trip maybe? Besides, the cheese was a little expensive and could always be purchased online.
